Wolf Run Vintage

Wolf Run Vintage is a fully renovated student housing community, originally built in 1996, and located in Reno, Nevada serving the University of Nevada Reno. Academy West Investments renovated the exteriors and all interiors of the project, adding a full bedroom to each unit, converting the leasing office to a 6-bedroom unit, and creating new amenity features. The project consists of 38 units and 228 beds and is located less than a quarter mile from campus.
