Stuart Beck is the Executive Vice President of Development of Sunstone Development, LLC. With over 30 years of experience in Real-Estate Development and Architecture, Mr. Beck has lead Development and Architecture teams to complete more than 20,000 student, mixed-use, senior, and affordable apartment units.
Mr. Beck’s expertise lies in the management of the development and architectural processes. He prides himself on his attention to detail and his ability to maintain schedules and budgets. Previously Mr. Beck was the Director of Development at Western National Realty Advisors and the Director of Architecture at Warmington Homes. Stuart is a licensed Architect in the state of California.
