Richard Zinke

Richard G. Zinke is Director of Special Projects at Sunstone Development. He focuses on identifying and acquiring suitable properties for ground-up development that meet Sunstone’s criteria. 

Previously, he was a partner and founder at Zinke Maynes and Company, a financial, tax, and investment advisory company, and founder and principal at Zinke Advisory Corp, a Registered Investment Advisory firm.

Mr. Zinke holds a degree from Brigham Young University. His background is primarily in business management, systems, training, and procedures.
